  • Do you allow pets?

    Residents are allowed 1 indoor cat. Dogs are no longer allowed in the parks.

  • What’s included with rent?

    River Pines: Water, Sewer, & Garbage

    Rivercrest: Water, Sewer, & Garbage

    Broadway Estates: ---

  • Can I build a garage?

    Each lot is different. Residents should submit the request in writing. Please be sure to include a plan drawing, materials used in the project, and the contractor’s information. Management will review the information & notify you of the decision.

  • Who handles snow removal?

    The streets are plowed by the park. Residents are responsible for their driveway & sidewalks.


    Am I responsible for lawn mowing?

    Residents are responsible for maintaining the lots. This includes mowing, in season.

  • Is there a security deposit?

    Yes, the security deposit is $150.00, and paid at the lease signing.

  • How big is my lot?

    All of the parks have floating lot lines.

  • Are there any other rules?

    Yes, the parks each have a rulebook. Links to the rulebooks are below.

    As stated in the rule books, residents are required to give a 30 day notice of intent to put home up for sale or remove home from the park. If intent to sell is given, an outside inspection of the home will be done by management. Residents will be notified of the findings.
